We check all items before sending them out, if you received a broken or defective item please take pictures and send them to us immediately. We only accept cases reported within 7 days for returns. Please keep all package material, return items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, we will pay for shipment back. Shipping and insurance cost non-refundable. We reserve the right not to refund S&H when the item has been posted.

* The belt clip extension comes with a lifetime warranty. If any component fails we will replace the extension free of charge.

Questions:

Q. Whats the differance between "Model A" and "Model B"?

A. On Model A the male insert measures 7/8", on Model B it measures about 1" and fits between 1" and 1-1/10".

Q. Is there a vehicle list?

A. No. There is no list. The only way to determine which model you need it to measure.
